The International Finance team oversees aspects of international student Scholarships, Financial Aid, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), Refunds and Agent Commission for international students enrolled at Griffith University.

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Coordinator that will support our International Finance team to deliver and document finance activities related to the management of international students.

As the Finance Coordinator you will deliver timely and accurate financial oversight that will include:

- Coordinate and administer Overseas Student Health Cover, Scholarships, Financial Aid, Agent commissions and international student Refunds.
- Collate data for reporting.
- Assist with and coordinate process improvement.
- Document processes and update web pages.
- Respond to staff and student enquiries.

**What we can offer**
This is a continuing, full-time position, primarily based at the Griffith University Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 6 range $85,287 - $90,972 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $99,785 - $106,437 per annum.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate projects in an accurate and timely way. You will also have, but not limited to:

- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent combination of training, knowledge, and experience, preferably gained within the higher education sector.
- Experience in the assessment of documents in line with legislation and /or policy and procedures.
- Experience in dealing with high volume financial transactions.
- Experience in dealing with high volume enquiries.
- Experience in the creation and review of job aids.
- Experience in working as a team to meet deadlines.
