About the role

As our Performance Analyst you will utilise technical expertise and knowledge to develop and implement a comprehensive performance measurement process across the business. You will report on monthly KPI committee reports and provide reporting solutions to help the business in monitoring and understanding performance.

In this permanent full time role you will be reporting to the Business Performance Team Leader and will collaborate with stakeholders from various divisions in order to interpret their requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.

Ability to undertake analysis to ensure that all our measures are appropriate and provide business value

Proficient in the elicitation of robust commentary from stakeholders and the ability to produce high quality business reports

Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and deliver excellent customer service

Knowledge of benchmarking and business performance measurement techniques

Experience in supporting a data governance framework

Experience with SQL and Power BI or other Business Intelligence software, particularly in data sourcing and presentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Apps.

Ability to translate data into knowledge through identification of trends in data, explore anomalies and create actionable recommendations

Proven ability to perform analysis on varying data sets

Display evidence of outstanding problem solving and process improvement skills

Ability to collaborate on fulfilling ad-hoc requests and working within strict timeframes

Report automation
