**Position Involves**:

- Welcoming patients into the Practice in a courteous manner
- Answering phone calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments.
- Deliver adequate customer service
- Collect and enter patient details.
- Excellent communications skills with a positive and friendly manner
- General administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, mail/delivery sorting and filing
- Patient billing and processing of payments HICCAPS
- Ability to multi-task is a must
- Professional appearance and attitude
- **Skills required**:_
- A high level of confidentiality and professional ethics
- Computer skills
- Microsoft office
- Previous Medical Reception experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Medicare and Private Billings
- Mature Nature, Friendly, Professional attitude, and Presentation
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work well independently
- A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:
