**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician to join our team in Bayswater. Reporting to our Customer Service Manager VIC, you will be playing an integral role in servicing our windows and doors product range.

**Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Performing various site evaluations
- Handling installation and assembly of Dowell’s Windows and Doors
- Managing repair and maintenance work
- Interpreting project details and documentation
- Overseeing supplies and inventory as needed
- Recording work activities and outcomes
- Upholding safety standards in daily tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A can-do attitude with the ability to think outside the box and solve problems
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Experience installing windows and doors
- Current Driver’s License and White Card
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
