**About the team**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically in our Insurer Supervision team, MAIR.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual seeking their next challenge to fill a role within the Insurer Supervision team.

**You’ll be working in a great, fast-paced team with a focus on**:

- Implementing effective regulatory strategies to build public trust in the regulator.
- Monitoring and analysing insurer performance through analysing data and reporting to inform decision making.

- The ability to identify emerging risks and trends to inform decision making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A flexible attitude and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Be a problem solver with an interest in broadening your experience.
