**Together with The Knowledge Manager, we will encourage a knowledge-sharing culture within Berry Street, enabling our 1,482 people to be highly engaged, feel connected, and access the skills and support they need to perform at their best.**:
**At the core of the role, we will**:
- **Optimise Berry Street’s Digital Workplace, Bagung Ngarrgu, supporting business areas to create and publish high-quality and relevant content.**:
- ** Drive efficient collaboration and effective work practices through optimising SharePoint and MS Teams.**:
- ** Lead internal communications**:
- ** Implement and promote Berry Street’s Knowledge Framework, ensuring staff are informed, equipped, connected, engaged and supported with high-quality and highly accessible information and resources.**:
- ** Support change management and user uptake by developing targeted strategies, processes, training and resources to establish new programs, policies and initiatives.**
**This is a permanent role offering an annual salary range of $95 - 105K plus super and salary packaging options.**
