Data entry, updating loan status, and extensive note-taking on our leading-edge CRM.

Complete loan processing paperwork from inquiry through to settlement.

Understanding credit policy and completing serviceability assessments.

Building client rapport with consistent & concise communication, both written and verbal.

Working with internal & external service partners & in a team environment.
