About the Role:

We're seeking a Loan Processor / Admin Assistant to support our brokers with daily administrative and loan processing tasks.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing loan applications
• Managing client documents and compliance checks
• Liaising with lenders and clients to ensure smooth application progress
• General administrative support and data entry
• Assisting brokers with ad-hoc tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes
• Team player with a positive and easy-going attitude
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in loan processing, mortgage broking, or financial services is preferred, but not essential

Employment Details:

• Onsite role – based in Moonee Ponds, VIC
• Casual position, with potential to become full-time depending on performance and learning ability
