**About CDK Stone and the Role**

CDK Stone is the one to beat when it comes to providing total support to the stone industry. We are not only renowned for importing and selling high-quality natural stone and premium industrial machinery. We also provide high-end tools and equipment to Stonemasons and fabricators, from diamond blades to polishing pads.

We are now looking for a Trainee Customer Support Officer to join our Tools and Equipment Division and provide support to customers in Victoria and across Australia. You'll be working closely with one of the Director's and your responsibilities will include:

- Having conversations with stonemasons and tradespeople to provide them with support on their projects.
- Helping customers with sales support, following up on dispatched orders, and answering any technical or spare parts-related questions.
- Assisting the Sales Representatives by following up on quotes, invoices, and product requirements from customers who have enquired about their orders.
- Keeping up to date with the latest product range and industry trends to help better inform customers through research and participating in team meetings.

**About You**
- Thanks to your time working in customer service, you understand the importance of providing a high level of support to your customers. What you pride yourself on is your ability to provide resolutions to customer issues where no problem is too big or too small.
- Whether it is answering a customer's question about a product or responding to an order enquiry, what you love about your current role is being that first point of contact for customers.
- While you may not know much about diamond blades or industrial machinery, you’re looking for a role where you can invest time in learning about premium products. You’re someone who proactively learns about a product so that you can become a true expert in your field.
