**The role**:
We are seeking a Retail Customer Executive to lead, coach and motivate NAB’s Retail colleagues within Regional SA. Reporting directly to the Executive Retail SA, this role will see you influence and heighten customer advocacy by modelling NAB behaviours and driving engagement. This truly is a superb Leadership opportunity within our Retail space that holds a significant impact in the value that reaches our customers

**The day to day will include**:

- Role model customer relationships and influence customer advocacy
- Deliver Retail performance goals
- Lead the mastery within Perth Metro of our consistent way of working - the ‘Future of Retail’
- Display your professional performance edge and continue to foster growth through proactive coaching and broader engagement across the community
- Growing business, including our home lending portfolio
- Ensure that our customers and colleagues are protected and safe through excellent risk management, ensure that a risk and compliance culture is embedded in the business
- Lead year-on-year revenue growth, business profitability and main bank / product penetration

**What you will bring**:

- Significant leadership experience, ideally gained in a ‘Leader of Leaders’ role
- Proven ability to influence and inspire a team to achieve outcomes - including commercial success
- Experience of leading a customer-focussed distribution business in a competitive customer environment
- A true ‘Passion for Customers’ and ‘Win Together’ mindset
- An ability to articulate your past strategies, key successes and professional learning opportunities
- Ambition, focus, drive and charisma
- The will and ability to travel across our Perth Metro, WA branches is essential
