**The Company**:
Our client is a well established global supplier of industrial material handling equipment. They offer great working conditions, security, and opportunity. They require high precision fitters to assemble and refurbish gearboxes associated with heavy industrial bulk handling and conveyance systems.

**The role**:
As a precision fitter you will assemble new gearboxes and transmission units to a high degree of accuracy and assemble and fit ancillary equipment. Understanding of bearing preloads and shaft alignment processes will be required along with a high degree of care and finesse. You may from time to time be required to recondition / repair existing units.

**About you**:
You will need to be a trade qualified Fitter / Machinist or Maintenance Fitter with a high degree of fitting ability and experience. You may also be a Plant Fitter with experience rebuilding or repairing truck gearboxes / transmissions. Hydraulics experience would be advantageous.

**On Offer**:
A competitive salary of up to $46/ hr + Super and O.T. allowances.
