**Role and **Responsibilities**

In addition to your technical skills, you should have good communication skills and the ability to work within a team. You should also be punctual and have a strong attention to detail. A positive and proactive approach to safety is also essential.

You will be joining a dynamic and busy team focused on providing quality engineering and maintenance services, who have a strong desire to grow and build on existing customer and supplier relationships.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Relevant Trade Certification/Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of post-trade experience
- A background in Defence and/or Marine Industry - highly advantageous but not essential
- The ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- A high level of problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Punctuality and attention to detail
- Positive and proactive approach to safety
- National Police Clearance
- White Card
- Current Driver's License
- Long-term commitment to the company
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident
