**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, undertake/coordinate SAP system maintenance and enhancement activities as required.
- Provide SAP BASIS administration including System Administration, Support Pack Maintenance, Application Component Connectivity, and Enhancement Pack upgrades
- Support the technical administration of the infrastructure
- Provide support to the Functional Team responsible for help desk support to end-users within Department (Incident Management).
- Actively seek new ways in which the Department's corporate business systems can provide solutions for new business requirements and existing business improvement through discussion with stakeholders and liaison with external sources such as software providers, other government agencies, and special interest groups.
- Contribute to corporate planning activities through the provision of system solutions and provide support to in the functions of program planning, coordination, and evaluation.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in SAP NetWeaver 7.5, BI, BOBJ, EP, ERP, GRC-AC, PI, SM, MaxDB 7.9, Microsoft SQLServer 2019, and SAP Security.
- Demonstrated strong skills in UNIX & Linux operating systems and ability to work with Non SAP products like Rev-Trac, Spinifex, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to foster productive working relationships, facilitate cooperation and partnerships, with the ability to work with other team members in an integrated approach to effectively deliver support functions, minor works enhancements, and major projects using Incident, Change, and Release Management processes.
- Sound Identification/Analysis skill within the SAP Solutions, with demonstrated ability to implement solutions and developments as required.
- Sound oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, communicate with influence and liaise effectively with and provide advice to Senior Management.
