**About the Role**:
We are looking for someone who:

- Can work together with others in a team environment
- Has an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Has good work ethic and customer service skills.
- Can work independently
- Excellent communication, writing and listening skills.
- Is willing and able to do all aspects of Termite & Pest Control work.
- Available to work Monday to Friday 6am - 6pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide and deliver safe and effective pest management services to all of our clients
- Perform residential and commercial pest control activities.
- Perform thorough visual inspections and translate the inspection into a readable report for the client.
- Provide professional and practical advice to clients.
- Follows all company rules, procedures, policies and instructions
- Responsible for keeping the work vehicles neat and tidy.
- Expected to meet company goals and standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- QLD Pest Management Licence, including Timber Pests (NSW License and advantage)
- Driver's Licence
- Police Check (ability to obtain)
- Blue card for working with children (ability to obtain)
- Provide References from past employment
- Available Monday to Friday 6 am-6 pm
- Be physically fit to perform the requirements of the duties, which may include digging, crawling and climbing into roof spaces and under houses
- Minimum 2-5-year experience in the field.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gold Coast QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Pest Control: 2 years (preferred)
