Davidson are currently seeking seeking two ICT Project Coordinators to join Council for initial 12-month contracts, with potential extensions.

**About the Role**
In these roles, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities that enable projects to run smoothly at ICC. This will include managing manage small to medium ICT Projects, managing Work Packages to be delivered by internal or external suppliers, providing reporting and performance monitoring, and contributing to the development of Frameworks, Processes, Tools and Templates to support project management.

This will include:

- Developing Project briefs, plans, change requests and registers (Risk, Issue, etc)
- Developing MS Project Schedules and Azure DevOps Work Items
- Developing Requests for Quote/Tender to complete Project activities
- Documenting and providing reports to management on the outcome of activities
- Providing improvement suggestions

You will also deliver small to medium ICT Projects and Work Packages such as
- Delivering Business system, Cybersecurity and/or Infrastructure projects
- Undertaking business analysis of requirements
- Undertaking planning and execution of testing, communications, and training

**About You**
To be most successful in this role, we are looking for:

- Demonstrated experience working across multiple programs and projects (ideally within an ICT environment)
- A sound understanding of program and project management methodologies
- High level communication, engagement and influencing skills with the ability to remain composed and calm in a busy environment
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively across a dynamic organisation to achieve desired customer outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to pass a Police Check if required

Relevant qualifications/certifications such as PRINCE2, PMOBOK or Diploma of Project Management would be highly regarded, but not essential if you have substantial proven experience to perform the role and responsibilities of the position.

**The Benefits**
These roles offers a daily rate between $600-700 + Superannuation (negotiable), an immediate start, and an initial 12 month contract. This role also offers hybrid work arrangements allowing you to split your time between on site and working from home.
