**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Represent Nice Backyard with a **clean, professional, and confident appearance** at all times.
- Develop expert knowledge of our products and stay informed on competitor offerings and pricing.
- Visit customers on-site to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow sales with existing accounts.
- Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales that align with customer expectations and company goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records in the system, including client data and activity reports.
- Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product performance.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to ongoing business improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **professional, punctual, and reliable attitude** with strong self-motivation.
- **Minimum 1 year of sales experience**, preferably in a trade, retail, or field-based role.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** - you know how to build rapport and close confidently.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and comfortable using CRMs, phones, tablets, and other tools.
- Ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks, and work independently.
- A valid **driver’s licence** and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
