**About the role**

Reporting to the General Manager - HSEQ, the Training Specialist is responsible for delivering and overseeing training programs aimed specifically for Underground Truck Operators and Loader Operators. You will train employees in using the Underground Trucks and Loaders. Even time roster.

**Travel Requirements**

Ability to frequently travel throughout Australia.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

Facilitate and deliver high quality training to employees in classroom and/or operational environments.

Complies with corporate Training processes.

To maintain compliance to all legislative, Redpath and site policies, rules and requirements.

**Required Skills**:
Proficient in Sandvik Trucks/Loaders operation

Minimum 5 years underground experience

Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment

Ability to facilitate presentations in a group and classroom environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High energy levels with the ability to motivate and engage with participants

Valid manual drivers licence with demonstrable experience driving underground;
Solid planning and organisational skills to schedule and allocate works;
Ability to problem solve and be adaptable;
High attention to detail;
Ability to work well with others in a team environment and mínimal supervision;
A work ethic in keeping with Redpath's motto ‘Consider it done’.
