**Advertising Description for Electrical Leading Hand with NSW Position**: Electrical Leading Hand

**License Requirement**: Valid NSW electrical license is mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:Supervise and lead electrical teams on-site, ensuring adherence Allocate duties and manage workflow among crew members effectivelyMonitor quality of work and performance, providing guidance and direction where necessary.Plan and set out tasks efficiently, estimating timelines and ensuring projects remain on schedule.Conduct regular assessments of team performance, identifying areas for improvement and training opportunities.Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical standards and codes, as well as company policies.

**Qualifications**:Valid NSW electrical license is essential.Proven experience as an Electrical Leading Hand or in a supervisory role within the electrical industry.Elevated Work Platform (EWP) certification would be a plus.Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
