Delivery Consultant

An opportunity now exists for an energetic and organised** Delivery Consultant** to join our retail dealership at Subaru Doncaster. In this role you will be responsible for executing a timely and efficient delivery process for our retail and fleet customers. You will work with your team to achieve all delivery targets and KPIS, deliver outstanding customer service and always be an ambassador for our brand.

**To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who**:

- Communicates with impact to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the best results for the business.
- Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation and planning skills to ensure each customer has an exceptional experience when picking up their new car.
- Is driven by process and holds other team members to account to ensure they do the same.
- Understands that compliance is at the heart of this role. We provide all the frameworks, guidelines and standards, but you ensure that everything you do complies with expectations.
- Leads in customer experience by managing all enquiries efficiently, with professionalism and escalates any issues to ensure they are proactively managed.
- Has a resilient and proactive attitude to managing challenges and obstacles.
- Enjoys working in an evolving retail environment.
