**The Opportunity**

This role will oversee a team working within a Family Mental Health Support Service to provide services for vulnerable families with children and young people 0-18 years, showing early signs of, or are at risk of developing mental ill health.

As the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Provide clients with early intervention, counselling to individuals and families
- Provide line management, clinical leadership and case consultation to a team of outreach counsellors
- Provide evidence-based group programs to children, young people and parents
- Work collaboratively with team members and key stakeholders for the purpose of developing and maintaining effective service delivery
- Provide clinical advice and support to the Unit Manager on program development and delivery directions, clinical practice and clinical quality assurance activities.

**About You**
- Tertiary Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or related field
- Knowledge of best practice support an treatment for children, young people and parents
- Leadership experience overseeing a team along with providing clinical supervision
- Ability to adhere to therapeutic plans to help people of all ages and education levels develop interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and understanding of professional boundaries
