IT Hardware Coordinator

**The opportunity**

The IT Hardware Coordinator supports our corporate team maintaining IT hardware and providing first and second line technical support to our HammondCare team.

**_ This is a permanent full-time position based at St Leonards._**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Provisioning and sending End User Hardware
- Inventory management (sending and receiving stock, keeping inventory tracking up-to-date)
- Ownership and actioning Hardware Requests through Service Now
- Work through mobile phone support issues and enrolment into Mobile Device Management platform
- Supporting End Users with Office 365 related issues; MS Products; Windows 10 and SOE deployment
- Supporting End Users with Devices, Laptops, Phone

**Who are you?**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- A minimum of 3 year’s demonstrated experience in an IT provisioning or support role
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
- Understanding of ITIL practices
- Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills
- A “can do” attitude of service and support
- Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- ITIL foundations certification desirable
