- We are looking for a talented person to join our team based in both _**Minto and North Rocks NSW **_in the role of _**Security Gatehouse/ Monitoring Services Officer.**_
- **Full time.**_

This is a great opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team.

**This role will be responsible for the following**:

- Conduct vehicle/personnel inspections and grant access to authorised patrons, staff, visitors, and contractors using Access Control systems
- Issue, track and log security passes
- Maintain site logbooks
- Respond to incidents and prepare written reports
- Provide excellent customer service
- Monitoring of Alarms and CCTV
- Identification of potential incidents
- Attending to high volume of outbound / inbound calls
- Liaison with police & our internal stakeholders and clients
- When competently trained assist with occasional data management
- Able to work in a Team Environment
- Able to work rotating roster of 7 days a week Day / Night

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- _**NSW Security licence (Class 1A, 1E)**_
- Customer service experience with a can-do attitude
- Ability to assess potential for incidents and risk mitigation
- Compiling and completing reports in a timely manner
- Excellent communication & written skills
- Mature outlook to your work
- Proficient in PC skills for report writing
- Intermediate keyboard & computer skills

**Fully paid on the job training is provided.**

These roles work on a 24 hour rotating roster made up of 12 hour shifts.

All personnel are direct employees of KTP Security and paid in accordance with the Modern Security Award, _**Level 5.**_
- VIC Security licence ( highly regarded.
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters.
- Willingness to work nights/weekends
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willing to participate in further training and inductions where required.
