Our people are the heart and soul of our business. We are looking for an uber-organised Social Media Digital Executive to join our Marketing & Digital team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Social Media & Digital Executive role plays an important part in the growth and engagement of TVSN’s social channels. The role will also work closely with our digital agency to ensure our paid media campaigns align with our marketing plans and deliver results.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, data led marketer with a passion for social media and digital content in a dynamic TV shopping environment. You love knowing what’s trending in the social media space - whether it be content types, platforms or emojis and enjoy looking at the numbers to help inform you what is working.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Working with our digital agency, executing campaigns to grow and engage our customer base.
- Creating briefs and working with our creative team on paid and organic social content. You don’t need to be a content creator, but don’t mind occasionally grabbing your phone to film some Behind The Scenes or fun UGC content that you know works creatively.
- Responding to customer comments and DM’s
- Engaging with our community on social platforms
- Ensuring that our brands are getting their time to shine on our social platforms and that we’re aligning to relevant events and important local and International celebration days
- Exploring our brands’ pages for stories and content that we know our customers would love to see

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience on paid media campaigns and with major social media platforms and management tools
- Experienced in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to present information clearly and persuasively
- The ability to organise, plan and structure your work in an often-fast paced environment, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- You have a positive can-do attitude and results driven who work well autonomously and, in a team,
