Alpha Omega Management Consulting Pty Ltd are looking for a Procurement Coordinator on a full-time capacity.
**Position Purpose**
Providing the high-quality coordination of product and service delivery through assessment, onboarding, monitoring of contractors/subcontractors and other suppliers and in liaison with other team leaders as appropriate, in area of responsibility. This may be achieved through building excellent relationship with business partners, contractors, subcontractors and other product and service supplies.
Location: Cabramatta, NSW 2166
Job responsibilities:
- Identify potential service and products contractors, subcontractors and other vendors and suppliers who are eligible for providing NDIS and Aged Care Home Care-related services and products.
- Conduct assessment, compliance and reference checks.
- Prepare for service agreements and conduct onboarding.
- Identify procurement processes to be improved or made more efficient.
- Develop and oversee KPI tracking and reporting.
- Coordinates contractors/subcontractors selection processes, maintains records and follows up on deliverables.
- Gather data on subcontractors/contractors to propose improvements.
- Collect feedback on the efficiency of current service delivered by contractors/subcontractors.
- Identify and highlight sourcing issues for management's action.
- Data entry and maintain procurement database and documentation in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Standard Practices.
**Selection Criteria**
- Relevant vocational/tertiary qualifications in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Excellent communication with different stakeholders to coordinate services and products.
- A self-starter, self-motivated person who can work independently but also within a team.
- A positive attitude to go the extra mile and an ability to work and interact with staff of all levels and display a high level of service orientation.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- Fully vaccinated Covid 19.
