APT Healthcare supplies consumables and third-party services to the aged care and NDIS sector. We're a small, fast-growing team and we're looking for a motivated graduate ready to learn and grow with us.

The Role

As a Graduate Procurement & Operations Coordinator, you'll gain experience across procurement, warehousing, logistics and customer support. You'll be hands-on from day one and trusted with real responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries & managing backorders
  • Receiving, picking, packing & dispatching orders from our warehouse
  • Booking couriers, preparing consignments & assisting with stock takes
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels & updating product data
  • Supporting providers by phone/email & escalating delivery issues
  • Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and improve service
About You
  • Recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field
  • Strong communicator with great follow-up and customer focus
  • Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems
  • Confident using Excel/Google Sheets
  • Comfortable with safe manual handling (lifting up to 15kg)

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in retail, logistics, warehouse or customer service
  • Familiarity with Xero, inventory systems or courier portals
  • Interest in the aged care or NDIS sector
