HR Administrator

$85K + 15% bonus (on base salary) and 11% Super

Looking for a HR or General Administrator with an interest in HR duties.

As a crucial member of the organization, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing office operations while providing essential HR support.

**Your Role**:
As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for 80% office management and 20% administrative duties. Your key role will be to ensure the smooth running of our office, implementing efficient processes, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere. Additionally, you will provide essential HR support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee office operations and implement streamlined processes.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide valuable guidance to employees.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HR needs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Autonomous and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
