- The Role:

- Working for Mercedes-Benz Australia in this full time, three-year role, you will become a brand ambassador and embody our reputation for service excellence and our care in providing flexible, innovative and tailor-made solutions. You will be joining at an exciting time to help shape our future, as the organisation faces the biggest transformation in its history.
- In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will lead a high performing Special Vehicles Team and be responsible for the team to deliver services for the Military G-Wagon vehicles.
- By joining our market leading organization in the automotive sector, you will have access to our soon to be completed renovated offices, on-site parking, exciting on the job learning, mentoring and much more.
- Key duties & responsibilities:
- Manage development, submission and execution of engineering changes
- Overseeing day to day Technical G-wagon support and operation of the repair pool workshop
- Monthly reporting ensuring target achievement.
- Review and development of current processes
- Working with our Customers to deliver these services

**Qualifikationen**:

- What you will need to be successful:
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Good communication skills
- Being agile to move between the day to day tasks and strategic planning
- Experience in an Automotive repair or Engineering design and review sectors is advantageous

Please note you will be paid via a trusted third-party agency, and the contract will have a duration of 12 months, with scope of renewal annually over the next 3 years-
