Bluestone Recruitment are partnering with a leading residential builder who are looking to recruit Sales Consultant to work within a high performing sales team. A great opportunity to work in a successful team, have fun & earn great $$.

This leading steel frame home builder has an excellent brand within the Melbourne market and is well known for providing an excellent culture as well as giving its staff great opportunity for development & progression.

**About you**
- 1 + years performing in a similar role
- A proven track record of sales in a residential construction environment
- A strong background & understanding of the new home market
- Background in sales
- Well presented and excellent communication skills

This a dynamic sales role within a stable and high performing team. An attractive base salary + lucrative commission structure where hitting targets will enable you to earn $275k.
