**Salary**:$66,851.20 per annum pro rata

Frank R Pullar Children’s Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Safety Supervisor to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about preparing nutritious meals for children and maintaining the highest standards of food safety. **This position is Monday to Friday, 6.5 hours per day.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea for children, following set menus and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Council’s Food Safety Program and all relevant legislative requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment at all times.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Sound knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Certificate III in Commercial Cooking (or willingness to obtain).
- Employee Working With Children Check.
- HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting Certificate.
- HLTAID009 CPR Certificate.
