**Position**: Complex Care Support Worker Team Leader

**Location**: Lidcombe

Are you a compassionate, patient, and resilient individual with a passion for making a difference in people's lives? Do you have experience in Bowel Care (PR, Enema, TAI), Catheter care with Suby-G Irrigation knowledge, and Ventilator mask fitting knowledge? Are you experienced in leading a team and adept at problem-solving, handling complaints, and addressing complications? If so, we want you to join our team

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Certificate VI or equivalent in Aged Care, Disability Care, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a support worker or nursing background
- Proficiency in Bowel Care (PR, Enema, TAI), Catheter care with Suby-G Irrigation knowledge, and Ventilator machine operation
- Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor
- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must exhibit professionalism and empathy in all interactions

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care to clients with complex care needs
- Assist with Bowel Care (PR, Enema, TAI), Catheter care with Suby-G Irrigation, and Ventilator machine management
- Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure the best possible care for clients
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
