**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service.
- Manage staff, including training and scheduling.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Maintain inventory and manage suppliers.
- Implement marketing strategies to boost customer engagement.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in cafe or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for Italian cuisine and culture.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $73,234.57 per year
