**Administration Officer**

As an Administration Officer, you will play a key part in providing general administration support across the firm.
Furthermore, you will:

- Provide administration support as needed across the firm
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal staff
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies

**About you**

Are you a highly organised individual with a knack for multitasking and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Administration Officer to support our team and help ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Your skills and experience should include:

- Experience in administration support or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
