Due to the growth of The Property Business Australia we are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Office Assistant, who is excited about starting their career in real estate. As a trainee, you will assist across various aspects of property management.

This diverse entry role will include:

- Daily administrative support to Property Managers and Receptionist as directed
- Assisting team in preparation of documents as directed - template driven
- Ensuring immaculate presentation of the office
- Receptionist duties as required, taking phone calls, greeting walk-ins where necessary
- Ensuring office is equipped with necessary stationery, products and essentials

About you:

- Reliable, motivated and organized
- Drivers license preferred (not essential)
- A “can do” attitude
- Task oriented with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Great customer service skills and warm manner
- Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently when required
- Excellent personal presentation, confident and mature
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Experience in similar role advantageous but not essential
- Real estate registration certificate highly regarded, but not essential
- Experienced in using Word & Excel

Full training and support provided.

**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Australia (required)
