**The Position**:
Maali Group is seeking a highly motivated Junior Recruiter or Mobilisation specialist capable of recruiting to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join an established team and diversify your recruitment experience in the utilities, construction, and resources industry.
- Will be hard working and able to work in a fast-paced environment with often changing priorities
- Have experience using a recruitment and screening database (Job Adder experience will be a distinct advantage)
- Resilient and tenacious
- Brave to pick up the phone

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months experience recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change as priorities require
- You must be able to work autonomously and as a positive member of a team
- Efficient time keeping and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with a variety of systems and IT programs
- High level of accuracy - Data entry
- Able to take direction and use initiative to complete tasks and communicate required solutions

**Highly Regarded**:

- A qualification in Human Resources (Degree, Cert III or IV)
- Experience in agency recruitment
- Experience in a Team Environment outside of just a workplace
