**The Role**
This position will work closely with the Head of Youth Psychiatry and the Clinical Director to further high standards of clinical governance and leadership around Mental Health Act compliance, patient flow, service quality, evidence based care and service improvement.
The position will work closely with the relevant Youth Mental Health manager and colleagues to ensure safe, effective, and cohesive multi-disciplinary care is delivered across the adult service. We work within a collegiate environment to provide senior clinical care and leadership to our multi-disciplinary service that is committed to patient-centred, personal, safe, effective and connected care.
