**About the Role**

This role will be situated in our Central Office located in Rivervale and will also travel to regional and Metro areas.

This role will ensure, evaluate, make recommendations on, and execute strategies to improve the delivery of SCC’s Home Care Services stream.

**We’ll also be asking you to:

- **
- Oversee the development and execution of services to meet client needs, with particular emphasis on care services for health and wellness aimed to meet the complex health needs of clients.
- Ensure that all Commonwealth and State government service agreements and contracts are met and that all required reporting, acquittal and Medicare claim requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner.
- Undertake demand planning and links to workforce planning in conjunction with the HR team.
- Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and work systems designed to provide prompt and excellent care across all service areas.
- Prepare reports and conduct presentations to senior management to highlight opportunities for improvements in services and their delivery.
- Ensure performance against budgets is monitored and linked to the delivery of client care reports.

**About You**

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has the passion and drive in making a difference to people’s lives through internal factors.

**To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

- **
- Tertiary qualification in business or commerce, human resources or financial management.
- Proven people leadership and management skills, and a constructive style.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Extensive experience in a similar Operations Manager role within and large and complex client care organisation.
- Senior experience in a complex service delivery organisation delivering home care, clinical care and mental health services.
- Experience in developing funding proposals and submissions to government agencies.
- Home Care Package & CHSP experience essential.
