**The Role**:
Our Client is looking for an IT Service Desk Manager with experience in managing a small helpdesk team of 4 and bring a broad range of experience across Windows and MAC platforms.
- Up to $120k + Super (Depending on Experience)
- O365 / Windows / AD, DNS, DHCP / MACOS / TCP/IP
- Permanent / Inner City Location
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Proven experience managing Lvl 1-2 IT Support professionals.
- You will be the escalation point and will possess the necessary skill to resolve difficult issues.
- You will working as an IT Team Leader with people management responsibilities, including setting KPI's and rostering.
- Manages dispatches to stores, allocating resources and liaising with vendors.
- Managing dashboard and tickets, setting KPI's for the day and monitoring for unauthorized access.
- Looking after IT Support professionals in a O365 / Windows / AD, DNS, DHCP / MACOS / TCP/IP environment.
**About You**:
- 3+ Years experience in a similar role with people management.
- 5+ Years experience in providing Helpdesk and Desktop support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows 10/11
- Knowledge of MAC OS
- Knowledge of networking - TCP/IP
- Proven O365 exposure including Exchange
