Situated in the North Eastern corner of Metro Melbourne, this newly renovated 107-bed Aged Care residence in Montrose is seeking passionate
**Personal Care Workers and Carers** to provide exceptional levels of support and care to its residents, to make a difference in their resident's quality of life.

**Shift Times: Monday to Sunday**
- 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- 10:00 pm - 7:00 am

**Multiple Full-time and Part-time positions available**
- Competitive pay rates exceeding industry standards - $24- $32 per hour + super + salary packaging

**What the role looks like?**
- Residential Aged Care facility located in Montrose
- Deliver high-quality care to residents
- Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
- Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
- Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents

**Requirements/Skills**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting
