THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for SMP projects based in rural Western Australia. These roles will involve the hands on coordination of contractors carrying out detailed electrical upgrades and installations across multiple sites.

Duties and responsibilities are as follows:

- Manage and coordinate all activities performed by contractors on site
- Provide technical and planning support to the project management team
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to foster a safety culture that drives safe behaviours and habits
- Actively track delivery of work packages to provide accurate progress reports to the Project Manager
- Identify improvement opportunities

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Sound electrical trade background
- Previous supervision/contractor management experience
- Relevant experience with planning, estimating, scheduling and risk management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Competent software abilities including MS Office

This role will require flexibility in terms of travel to meet the needs of multiple projects across a large infrastructure network.
