**CBD location**

For this role we need someone with at least 5 years demonstrated experience working as an IT Change Analyst.
- At least 10 years demonstrated experience working in an IT role.
- Having conducted stakeholder analyses and business impact assessments to determine the scale of change, the business readiness, and the possible change risks.
- Under the Change Manager guidance, you will execute, participate, and be involved in the develop of change management strategies, and tasks to integrate into project plans.
- With the guidance from the Change Manger, you will be involved in producing a set of actionable and targeted documents to support the change implementation activities including change management plans, communications plans and training plans and any other relevant artefacts.
- Coordinate change initiatives including the stakeholder engagement activities and the creation of communications artefacts.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
