As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all restaurant operations. You will oversee staff performance, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory and financials, and implement procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including opening/closing duties.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and handle customer complaints efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Track financials such as labor costs, food costs, and sales performance.
- Create and implement marketing or promotional strategies to increase sales.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the ownership/upper management team to set goals and drive improvements.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Tips
