Are you an articulate customer service professional with a thirst for knowledge and on the lookout for a new opportunity?
This prestigious global online trading company is looking to add additional talent to their engaged and energetic team within this bustling contact centre.
This contact centre acts as a “white label” for many financial services companies and banks.
**Who is your client base and what do they need?**
This could be opening and closing accounts, account/money transfers, deceased estates, industry knowledge and other general queries on the array of products available.
These products could be foreign exchange, indices, shares, trust accounts, commodities, treasuries, cryptocurrency, managed funds, to name a few.
**Duties include**:
- Keeping up to date with policies, procedures and changing industry information
- Work with the team to ensure service levels are met
- Entering timely and accurate data into each customer’s account on the CRM
- Previous experience in a busy phone-based role contact centre role
- An interest or qualification in financial services - let us know if you have your RG146
- Attention to detail, well-honed analytical skills and solutions focused
- Proactivity and investigative skills
- you will need to be on top of changes in the market which includes online research on articles such as corporate action
- A strong focus on quality, accuracy and customer service excellence
- High degree of empathy
- Critical thinking - sound decision making skills
- Ability to think on your feet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent with using computer systems - use of Salesforce would be an advantage
- Willingness to be rostered during contact centre hours. Mon to Fri 7:30am - 8pm
