Operations Manager

**Overview**
An excellent position exists within a mixed cropping and sheep operation for an engaged farm hand to step up into an operations manager and overseer role. Located less than an hour from Geelong, VIC.

**Reporting to the Farm Manager the successful applicant will require**:

- Extensive experience in performing and overseeing all aspects of broad acre cropping including crop production, grain handling and the operation and maintenance of machinery.
- Experience with sheep is _desirable _in all aspects of animal husbandry, breeding for wool and fat lamb.
- Proven ability to execute cropping plans to a high standard.
- Accurate record keeping and reporting procedures.
- Experience with set up and operation of RTK GPS.
- Adhere to and cultivate an environment based on safe working practices and OH&S regulations.

This position has strong potential for development & career progression within a growing operation that utilises the latest in agricultural technology.

**Remuneration**
A competitive remuneration package in the range of $80,000 - $120,000 is on offer for the successful applicant, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
