**About the Role**
- Full Time Fixed-Term (Leave Replacement)
- Full year, Terms 1-4 (2026)
- Senior Years, VCE
- Second method of Legal Studies, Politics or Accounting desirable

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Economics lessons for Senior Years and VCE students in line with MGGS curriculum frameworks.
- Create safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environments that support diverse learners.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and team-based approaches.
- Integrate digital technologies to enhance student learning.
- Uphold MGGS’s Child Safety policies and practices at all times.

**About You**:

- Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or can gain VIT registration. Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Deep understanding of curriculum requirements and best practice teaching strategies
- Skilled at building meaningful, respectful relationships with students and colleagues
- Enthusiastic about introducing innovative, student-centred teaching methods that inspire and engage
- Collaborative and creative mindset, committed to enhancing learning programs and student outcomes
