Cafe Manager required for fast paced working environment. This is a hands on position managing the cafe and leading by example. Must be able to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and be people orientated, priding yourself in high quality food and safety standards.

Managers work hours are generally between 5am-5pm Monday to Friday (8hour shift) with requirement to work every 2nd Saturday.

Duties will include, amazing customer service and product consistency, coffee and short order cooking experience with preparation of food items, quality stock rotation, mentoring staff, training, ordering, maintaining COGS/Wages. Work within a team and manage all aspects of the Cafe from FOH to BOH with an eye for detail.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
