Operations Support Officer - Myambat, NSW
The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an experienced operations support officer to join our Security Sensitive - Explosives business division based in Myambat, NSW. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role is to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to the customers and business team through the provision of administrative, payroll, compliance, HR, HSSE, customer service functions.
As the Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for:- Accounts Payable: raise purchase orders and verify invoices for payment, provide support to staff enquiries regarding the accounts payable tasks or processes.- Payroll (Data Entry): handling of all payroll queries, new starter/terminations and processing of leave forms.- Compliance: documentation management, processing of NHVAS and Trucksafe compliance records.- HR: responsible for the records and system management of employee requirements.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in accounts payable.- Microsoft Office Suite experience - to include Outlook 365, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- Transport background and a solid understanding of relevant policies and legislation.- Ability to manage large volumes of paperwork and tasks regularly.- Current drivers licence essential.
