**Your new role**

As a Lead SRE you will be responsible for:

- Recruit and retain a team consistent with company values
- Hold regular 1:1’s with team members
- Set and measure SLO, SLA and SLIs to ensure products are behaving as expected
- Communicate performance, outage, and deployment information to other teams.
- Work to improve the reliability of products during and after handover to SRE teams
- Prioritise, manage, and execute on work to ensure handed over software receives the support it needs
- Moderate and guide discussions for service handover to ensure that services handed over for maintenance in a sustainable way
- Prioritize and execute on project from the Technology Leadership Roadmap

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a Cloud environment with Azure or another public cloud operator
- Previous experience in a DevOps or SRE team
- Some exposure to Kubernetes or containerisation
- Troubleshooting, capacity planning and other analytical skills
- Ability to read, write and debug code in at least one programming language C#, Go, Java, Python, Javascript or similar
