**Job Summary**:
The Operational Readiness Advisor will work as part of the OR team, reporting to the Operational Readiness Lead. They will be responsible for the coordination of operational readiness activities in a timely manner to meet the project schedule.

As an Operational Readiness Advisor, you will provide input to the development of operational readiness plans for projects, including key activities, integration points, resources, budget and timeline required to deliver the operational readiness functions to meet the project scheduled milestones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in and lead the creation of Operational Readiness strategies, budgets, and plans.
- Ensure high levels of communication between all key stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate and ensure seamless transition to operations.
- Manage detailed, workable, comprehensive, and feasible O.R plan utilizing O.R project tools.
- Verify all defines tasks are assigned and accomplished within required timeframes.
- Identify and document any potential risks and issues that may impact the schedule and efficacy of the operational readiness strategy.
- Capturing and sharing best operational practices and carrying out internal and external benchmarking to enhance business optimisation processes.
- Facilitate alignment of roles and responsibilities within the Operational Readiness team and other stakeholders to ensure effective operational ramp-up.
- Actively collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver on client’s needs.
- Identify and suggest areas for continuous improvement.

**Key Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in maintenance or production in mining, power, hydrocarbons or similar industry.
- Experience in operational readiness or change management projects
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in EPC and Power BI is an added advantage
- Knowledge of mining departments and systems.
- Good understanding of commercial agreements and structures.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects with the ability to plan, execute and report.

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
