**About the Role**:
This is an exciting and new opportunity for a highly driven professional to join our Risk and Resilience team based at our Melbourne CBD office in a full-time permanent capacity.

In this critical role you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy risk and resilience strategy through various activities including risk profiling, business continuity planning and crisis/emergency management planning. In addition, this role will provide advice and support to the business on all risk management and resilience related matters.

With the opportunity to work directly across our multiple businesses and be exposed to many different projects and initiatives this role is truly a rare opportunity to embed yourself in the business and drive risk and reliance activities.

**In this role you will deliver**:

- Identify, lead and deliver streams of work to improve how risk is identified and managed at all levels within the business
- Lead and facilitate detailed risk assessments for new initiatives and projects
- Assist with conducting bi-annual risk profiling and identification of emerging risks
- Develop and lead the training program for the Risk Champion Network and key stakeholders
- Consult, provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders to ensure risks are managed throughout the business in an informed and consistent manner
- Lead and conduct reviews of our various risk and resilience management systems including the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Crisis Management Plans and, Business Continuity Framework.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Risk Management, or other relevant discipline - desirable
- Formally accredited training in risk management or related discipline - desirable
- Previous risk management experience
- Knowledge of business resilience framework, methodologies, policies and practices
