**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
**Essential**
- Tertiary qualification in Town Planning or Eligibility for Full Membership with the Planning Institute of Australia
- Experience in interpreting mapping and architectural plans
- Experience in researching and investigating legislation and policy in relation to planning matters
- Knowledge of statutory town planning schemes legislation and other supporting legislation
